Modern Signal Services is seeking an experienced SOC lead to head a small team supporting US clients from Hyderabad. You will investigate escalated alerts, review closures, and coordinate incident response with client security teams.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in security operations (2+ in L2 or lead roles), hands-on SIEM/EDR experience (Rapid7, CrowdStrike, Defender), and proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune/macOS MDM, coupled with strong written incident reporting.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in security operations with 2+ years in L2 or lead roles.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM and EDR (Rapid7, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender).
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and endpoint management (Intune and/or macOS MDM).
• Strong written incident reporting and communication skills.
