Job summary

Training Basket seeks a junior Security Operations Center (SOC) analyst to monitor security alerts and analyze logs across servers, firewalls, endpoints, and network devices. This entry role will support incident detection, escalation, and basic remediation under supervision.

You will document incidents, assist in security policy enactment, and collaborate with IT and security teams to improve defense; strong communication and quick learning are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Cyber Security concepts.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP/HTTPS.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux OS.
• Understanding of SOC processes.
• Knowledge of SIEM tools such as Splunk, QRadar, or Microsoft Sentinel.
• Basic malware, phishing, and cyber threats awareness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
