Job summary

Marlabs is seeking an experienced Snowflake Solution Architect in Bengaluru to design scalable, secure data architectures and drive enterprise data modernization. You will translate business needs into Snowflake-based solutions, ensuring governance, performance, and security across platforms.

This role partners with business and IT to define roadmaps and deliver measurable insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Snowflake expertise, a strong background in data modeling and cloud data

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles.
• Hands-on design and implementation of Snowflake-based solutions.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT, and cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and design scalable, secure, high-performance data architectures leveraging Snowflake.
• Evaluate current data landscapes and develop future-state architecture aligned with business needs.
• Develop end-to-end data solutions with governance, standards, and best practices.
• Lead technology strategy discussions, including tool selection and platform evaluation.
• Create and drive data transformation roadmaps to modernize enterprise data ecosystems.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align on priorities and provide architectural guidance.
• Oversee data quality, governance, and consistency across data platforms and initiatives.

• Proven experience evaluating technologies and building transformation roadmaps.
