Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable Snowflake data models supporting CRM, Customer360, churn prediction, revenue analytics, and operational intelligence
• Own the data dictionary, metadata management, and documentation standards
• Ensure consistent dimensional modeling (fact/dimension tables) for revenue, customer lifecycle, and engagement tracking
• Build and maintain efficient ELT/ETL pipelines and transformations within Snowflake
• Develop and optimize workflows to ensure efficient data processing and integration across Salesforce, CPQ, billing, ERP, support platforms, product telemetry, and other enterprise systems
• Lead efforts to automate data workflows, reducing manual intervention and improving operational efficiency
• Harmonize structured and semi-structured data sources into unified, analytics-ready datasets
• Establish data governance best practices, access controls, and auditing framework
