Job summary

Visdin Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Snowflake Lead Data Warehouse on a 6-month contract. You will own the design, development, and optimization of Snowflake data pipelines and enterprise data warehouse solutions, with on-site start and remote work after initial period.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in data engineering or data warehousing, deep Snowflake expertise, and strong Python and dbt skills to guide a delivery team and set standards for performance and cost

We're Hiring: Snowflake Lead Data Warehouse (Contract | Bengaluru)

We're looking for an experienced Snowflake Lead to own the design, development, and optimization of data pipelines and data warehouse solutions on Snowflake for an enterprise data modernization engagement.

Location: Bengaluru Remote (first 2 weeks onsite at the Bengaluru office)

Engagement: Contract, 6 months (extendable)

Experience: 10+ years in data engineering / data warehousing

What you'll do

• Lead the design, build, and optimization of Snowflake data warehouse solutions and pipelines
• Engineer ingestion and transformation with Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, and stored procedures
• Develop and maintain dbt models, tests, and documentation
• Own RBAC, query and warehouse performance, and credit-cost optimization
• Set engineering standards and mentor a small data engineering pod

What we're looking for

• Deep hands-on Snowflake: table types, stages, Streams & Tasks, Snowpipe, RBAC, Time Travel, performance tuning
• Strong dbt experience: models, macros, dependency management, scheduling
• Python, plus hands-on experience with any ETL tool
• Experience leading data engineering delivery in a client-facing setting
