Vrinda International seeks a Snowflake Data Warehouse Lead to drive the strategy and execution of enterprise data platform initiatives. You will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable Snowflake-based data warehousing solutions, ensuring data integrity and high performance.

The role requires 8–12 years in data engineering/architecture, leadership, and strong Snowflake, cloud data architecture, data integration, and governance experience.

Summary

We are seeking an accomplished technical leader to drive the strategy and execution of our enterprise data platform initiatives. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable Snowflake-based data warehousing solutions. This position is critical for ensuring data integrity, enhancing analytical capabilities, and fostering a culture of technical excellence within the data engineering team. The ideal professional will bridge the gap between complex data architecture and business objectives, delivering robust, high-performance data systems that support organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy enterprise-grade data solutions on the Snowflake platform, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
  
• Define and enforce data architecture best practices, governance standards, and integration patterns across the organization.
  
• Lead the end-to-end software quality assurance and delivery lifecycle for data products, ensuring reliability and performance.
  
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to data engineers and analysts, cultivating a high-performing team culture.
  
• Manage the integration and transformation of diverse data sources into a unified, accessible data lakehouse environment.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.

Requirements

• Experience: 8 to 12 years of professional experience in data engineering, architecture, or related technical fields.
  
• Core Expertise: Proven track record in designing and managing Snowflake Data Warehouses and Cloud Data Architecture.
  
• Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in data integration, transformation techniques, and scalable data solution development.
  
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability in technical leadership, team management, and mentoring junior staff.
  
• Quality Assurance: Strong background in software quality processes and delivery methodologies within data-centric environments.
  
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  
• Compensation: Competitive salary range of ₹18-22 LPA.
