Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India seeks a Snowflake + Cortex Senior Manager to lead data engineering engagements from strategy through delivery for client environments across our diverse portfolio.

You will design and build data pipelines, advise on architecture, and guide teams across cloud platforms, leveraging Snowflake, Cortex, AWS, Databricks and Airflow to turn raw data into actionable insights for clients. Strong communication with stakeholders and coaching of delivery teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of data engineering experience.
• Fluent English (oral and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Leading Snowflake and Cortex data engineering engagements from strategy through delivery for client environments.
• Designing and building data pipelines, integration patterns, and transformation logic across cloud data platforms.
• Advising clients on data architecture, data modeling, and warehouse design choices.
• Coordinating technical workstreams for data ingestion, validation, performance tuning, and query optimization.
• Applying AWS, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Apache Airflow, and SQL-based tools to develop scalable data solutions.
• Reviewing data quality controls, security practices, and platform configurations across development and production environments.
• Guiding teams through complex delivery issues, resolving blockers, and adjusting plans as priorities shift.
• Translating business requirements into technical designs and communicating progress, risks, and solution options to stakeholders.

As a Snowflake + Cortex Senior Manager you will lead data engineering work focused on designing and building data pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions that convert raw data into actionable insights for clients within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, bring strategic direction to complex data programs, and use sound judgment to guide teams through ambiguity while communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders. In this role at PwC, you will help shape data infrastructure and systems that support Snowflake and Cortex solutions, while coaching teams, driving process improvement, and contributing to operational excellence across client delivery.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree


• At least 12 years of experience


• Oral and written proficiency in English required
