What You Will Do and Learn

As a Data Architect/Manager in Data Solutions, you will design, implement, and test modern analytic solutions. You’ll work closely with clients and architects, develop relationships with technical resources, and deliver tangible business outcomes.

Manage the data engineering lifecycle: research, proof of concepts, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Collaborate with team members to design and implement technology aligned with client goals.
Build proof of concepts for modern analytics stacks supporting cloud-based business systems.
Manage, mentor, and develop junior resources.
Create actionable recommendations based on platform, structural, or logic issues.
Understand and communicate client needs, goals, and objectives.
Collaborate with other architects on solution designs and recommendations.

Qualifications

8+ years in business intelligence and analytics solutions.
Thorough knowledge of data warehouse concepts and dimensional modeling.
Experience in advanced SQL and hands-on experience with DBT (Data Build Tool), especially recent projects.
Experience with modern databases like Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks, etc., with preference for Snowflake expertise and certification.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), especially Azure.
Proficiency in setting up and managing DBT projects, environments, jobs, and macros.
Experience with data pipeline architecture using DBT and version control systems.
Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Looker is a plus.
2+ years of Business Data Analyst experience, including writing requirements and use cases.
Experience with ETL/ELT, SDLC, relational databases, and testing.
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
