Role Summary

The SME Science is responsible for developing, reviewing, and delivering high-quality science content while supporting academic excellence across schools. This role involves extensive collaboration with educators and on-site academic support. The position requires approximately 60% travel to various school locations for training, implementation, and academic monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Development

• Create and review science content (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, General Science)
  
• Develop worksheets, lesson plans, and question banks aligned with curriculum standards (CBSE, ICSE, IB, etc.)
  
• Ensure conceptual clarity and age-appropriate explanations
  

2. Academic Support & Training

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for teachers
  
• Provide on-site academic support to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
  
• Assist in implementing best teaching practices in classrooms
  

3. School Visits (60% Travel)

• Visit partner schools regularly for academic audits and support
  
• Observe classroom teaching and provide constructive feedback
  
• Ensure consistency in curriculum delivery across locations
  

4. Quality Assurance

• Review and validate academic content for accuracy and relevance
  
• Identify gaps and continuously improve learning materials
  

5. Assessment Design
