Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Credit Analyst to evaluate risk in lending to corporate SMEs. You will analyze credit data and financial statements, understand business models and industry risk, and prepare detailed risk reports for loan committees.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and strong MS Office and advanced Excel skills, with CA or MBA preference and proven prior experience in credit analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from a recognized University in India.
• Banks prefer CA and MBA for Credit Analyst role.
• Finance, accounting, ratio analysis, statistics or risk assessment background is a plus.
• Proven working experience as a Credit Analyst.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent managerial, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or other financial software.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing the client's Credit data and financial statements to evaluate risk in lending.
• Understand business model and risk by industry and geography; assess creditworthiness of clients.
• Examine a client's financial transactions and credit history to gauge financial status.
• Create reports about the degree of risk involved in lending money to clients.
• Track legislation and government policies to stay updated with laws.
• Fill out the loan application and include the credit analysis for loan approval by committees.

• 1. Analyzing: TheCreditAnalysts are responsible for analyzing the client'sCreditdata and financial statements in order to evaluate the degree of risk involved in lending money to them.
• 2. Understand: Business Model and risk associated with a particular business, Industry and geography. Assessing theCreditworthiness of existing or new clients is one of the most essential duties of a working capitalCreditAnalyst.
• 3. Transaction History:CreditAnalysts need to examine a client's financial transactions andCredithistory to know more about their financial status.
• 4. Reporting: They are responsible for creating reports about the degree of risk involved in lending money to clients.
• 5. Tracking: ACreditAnalyst's duty involves tracking of legislation and government policies to stay updated with the latest laws.
• 6. Application: Fill out the application and include theCreditanalysis for requesting a loan orCreditis also a duty of aCreditAnalyst. Then submitting these loan applications to loan committees for their approval.

Qualifications Needed :
