Job summary

BERKOWITS HAIR & SKIN CLINIC in Mumbai (Borivali) is seeking a Skin Technician to perform laser hair reduction and advanced facial treatments. You will follow Berkowits SOPs, ensure client safety, and help clients achieve visible results.

The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on laser experience, comfort with targets and client communication, and weekend availability. Expect comprehensive training and growth along the Skin Technician path.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Cosmetology or Aesthetics.
• 2–4 years of experience as a skin/laser technician.
• Hands-on experience in laser hair reduction.
• Comfortable with targets and talking to clients.
• Willing to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair reduction for women and men.
• Perform facials, HydraFacial, chemical peels, IPL per SOP.
• Do a patch test and safety checks before every treatment.
• Assist the doctor during procedures.
• Keep the treatment room and machines clean and hygienic.
• Explain aftercare and suggest homecare products.
• Call clients for follow-ups and next-session bookings.
• Record every session in clinic software.
• Help the clinic achieve its targets.

Skin Technician

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinics | Borivali, Mumbai

Location: Ground Floor, Bhoomi Saraswati Building, Plot No. 9, Ganjawala Lane, opposite Axis Bank, Pai Nagar, near Chamunda Circle, Borivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400092

Salary: 3.5 Lakh to 5 Lakh per year (CTC)

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Qualification: Cosmetology / Aesthetics course

Job type: Full-time

Working days: 6 days a week. 1 weekly off on a weekday, as per roster.

Timings: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM

You will perform skin and laser treatments safely, as per Berkowits SOPs, and help every client get good results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Perform laser hair reduction (LHR) for both women and men.
• Perform facials, HydraFacial, chemical peels, carbon laser and photofacial (IPL) as per SOP.
• Do a patch test and safety checks before every KKJH treatment.
• Assist the doctor during procedures.
• Keep the treatment room and machines clean and hygienic.
• Explain aftercare and suggest suitable homecare products.
• Call clients for follow-ups and next-session bookings.
• Help the clinic achieve its targets.
• Record every session in the clinic software.

WHO CAN APPLY

Must have

• Certificate in a Cosmetology or Aesthetics course.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a skin or laser technician.
• Hands-on experience in laser hair reduction.
• Comfortable with targets and with talking to clients.
• Comfortable working on weekends.

Good to have

• Experience in a skin, aesthetic or dermatology clinic.
• Experience with HydraFacial, carbon laser or IPL machines.
