Amazon is seeking a Site WHS Manager to partner with the Fulfillment Center operations team to drive WHS policies and regulatory compliance. You will lead continuous improvement using lean and kaizen to reduce ergonomic risk and create a safe, healthful working environment for Associates.
You will influence change through risk assessments and data-driven safety analysis, mentor the safety team, and ensure training and records meet global safety standards and local regulations across the site.
The Site WHS Manager will partner with the site operations team at a Fulfillment Center to execute company WHS policies and ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and central regulations. Leveraging lean principles and kaizen methodology, this role will lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce conditional and ergonomic risk in processes, ensuring a safe and healthful working environment for all Associates.
The incumbent must build trust and confidence with the Operations Team, influence change through comprehensive risk assessments and data-driven safety analysis, and serve as the subject‑matter expert on safety, environmental, and ergonomic standards.
