Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor site activities including unloading, erection, oil filtration, cabling, and testing.

The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and safe execution of site operations in compliance with company EHS standards.

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
• 3 5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in power transformer projects
• Strong understanding of EHS standards and site safety practices
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve site-level issues
• Proficiency in basic documentation and billing processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor site activities including:
• Equipment unloading and erection
• Oil filtration processes
• Cabling and electrical connections
• Testing and commissioning
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and EHS requirements as per company standards.
• Coordinate effectively with:
• Customer representatives
• Service Managers
• Project Managers
• Vendors and subcontractors
• Verify vendor compliance with site execution standards and safety norms.
• Facilitate and support bill processing for site activities.
• Assist in documentation and formal closure of site execution.
