A project management firm in Mumbai is seeking a professional for site supervision and QA/QC responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Electrical Earthing and Electrical Engineering Projects. You will ensure quality and HSSE standards, manage project documentation, and coordinate with customers and vendors effectively. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office along with strong communication skills in English and Hindi are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Supervision at site
• Ensure QA/QC in project execution
• BOQ
• Must be capable of handling both Customer and vendor
• Drawing coordination
• Raising RFIs (request for information)
• Vendor coordination
• Store/Material Management
• Bill certification
• Customer coordination
• Project documentations
• Obtain approvals from Customer on Testing and Commissioning
• MIR formalities
• Reporting Site progress updates with the Managers
• Attendance reporting and Compliance Submissions
• DPR & WPR, milestone
• On time project delivery
• Technical services and guidance in execution

Skills & competency required:

• In-hand experience in Electrical Earthing/Electrical Engineering -Projects
• Site Management proficiency, Project Coordination and understanding Customer requirements and ensuring Quality and HSSE as per Stds.
• Basic Auto CAD and thorough Proficiency in drawings
• Basic MS Office
• Inter personnel skills and Communication (for MAHSR - English & Hindi)
• Risk management and problem solving (Mid level)
• Execution planning, scheduling, Monitoring and Control
