Job summary

Hindco Recruitment Consultants seeks a capable Construction Site Supervisor in Delhi to oversee residential projects in Delhi/NCR, including high-rise and SRA developments, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution. You will supervise construction teams and subcontractors, maintain materials records, and coordinate with site offices.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM is preferred; prior experience on residential high-rise projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential projects (high rise, SRA projects).
• Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Supervising & instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
• Inspecting the construction sites regularly to identify & eliminate hazards.
• Maintaining an accurate record of the material.
