Tekskills is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to drive SRE initiatives across TechOps and Platform Engineering. The role focuses on building highly reliable platforms, establishing SLIs/SLOs, incident response, and automation to improve observability.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional collaboration, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability through proactive engineering and rigorous incident practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related field.
• Proven ability to design and operate scalable, resilient platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SRE principles, incident response, and observability.

• Design, build, and operate highly reliable, scalable, and resilient platforms.
