INFRAVUE INTERIORS AND CONSTRUCTIONS PVT LTD is seeking a Site Incharge to lead daily on-site operations for commercial interior projects. You will represent the company on site, coordinate labor and contractors, ensure safety compliance, and resolve hurdles to keep drawings, quality benchmarks, and timelines on track.

You will oversee material quality and stock, report progress with DPRs, and manage on-site disciplines with a focus on safety and efficiency.

• Overall Site Command & Execution: take charge of day-to-day site operations for commercial fit-outs (partitioning, false ceilings, flooring, electrical, HVAC routing, painting, and modular fixing).
• Ensure all site activities strictly follow the master schedule and approved architectural/MEP drawings.
• Manpower & Resource Deployment: supervise, manage, and track attendance of on-site laborers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Optimize labor productivity and minimize idle time on site.
• Material Management & Reconciliation: inspect incoming construction and interior finishing materials for quality, count, and specifications.
• Maintain precise stock logs, prevent material pilferage, and manage proper storage at the site.
• Troubleshooting & Progress Reporting: spot potential execution conflicts or delays early and resolve them with Project Manager; submit daily progress reports and site logs.
• Safety, Quality, & Site Discipline: enforce strict safety protocols, labor guidelines, and PPE usage; maintain clean, organized site housekeeping.

As the Site Incharge, you will be the absolute authority on-site representing INFRAVUE INTERIORS AND CONSTRUCTIONS PVT LTD. You will be directly responsible for managing daily site activities, coordinating with labor teams and contractors, ensuring safety compliance, and resolving day-to-day site hurdles. Whether you are an energetic junior professional stepping up or an experienced supervisor, you must ensure that commercial interior projects are executed seamlessly according to drawings, quality benchmarks, and strict timelines. Must be fluent in Local Language(Tamil), English, Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overall Site Command & Execution:

• Take charge of day-to-day site operations for commercial fit-outs (partitioning, false ceilings, flooring, electrical, HVAC routing, painting, and modular fixing).
• Ensure all site activities strictly follow the master schedule and approved architectural/MEP drawings.
