Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Head to manage and oversee day‑to‑day operations at our mandate project site in East Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site coordination, sales support, team management, and ensuring smooth client handling at the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complete site operations for the assigned mandate project
  • Coordinate with sales teams, channel partners, and internal departments
  • Ensure site readiness, including branding, inventory updates, and sales collaterals
  • Handle walk‑in clients, site visits, and initial client coordination
  • Maintain daily site reports, visit data, and lead follow‑ups
  • Monitor and guide site sales executives to achieve targets
  • Ensure discipline, attendance, and professionalism at the site
  • Act as a single point of contact between HO and the site
  • Support booking documentation and coordination with CRM/accounts team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and project guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate site handling / site sales / mandate projects
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of real estate sales process & documentation
  • Ability to manage a team and handle site pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and reporting
  • Presentable, confident, and customer‑focused approach

  • Local market knowledge of East Pune
