Job summary

The role requires a minimum of 8+ years of onsite monitoring in a multinational environment, with 5+ years in project or trial management, and a strong command of ICH-GCP requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• 8+ years onsite monitoring experience in a multinational company, with at least 5 years in project or clinical trial management.
• Ability to manage entire site operations independently.
• SEC presentations to Regulatory Authorities is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% as required.
