1 Source Bpo is seeking a Remote Graphic Designer with strong CorelDRAW skills to produce production-ready signage artwork for monuments, pylons, channel letters, and other sign graphics.

The successful candidate will work independently in a remote US night-shift environment, manage files for fabrication, and collaborate with the team using online tools to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a sign company, sign manufacturer, or fabrication business.
• Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW and in creating production-ready artwork for signage.

• Create production-ready artwork and files for signage, fabrication, and printing.
• Work primarily in CorelDRAW to create and prepare designs.
• Develop artwork for monuments, pylons, channel letters, and other signage.
• Prepare files according to production, fabrication, and printing requirements.

KeyResponsibilities

• Create production-readyartworkandfilesforsignage,fabrication,andprinting.
• Workprimarilyin CorelDRAWtocreateandpreparedesigns.
• Developartworkfor:
  • Monumentsigns
  • Pylonsigns
  • Channelletters
  • Reversechannelletters
  • FCO(FlatCutOut)letters
  • Generalsignageandgraphics
• Preparefilesaccordingtoproduction,fabrication,andprintingrequirements.
• Createandmaintain standardizedtemplatestoimproveproductionefficiencyandconsistency.
• Makerevisionsandupdatesbasedonproductionrequirementsandteamfeedback.
• Upload,organize,andmanagedesignfilesusingourinternalsoftwareandworkflowsystems.
• Communicateclearlywiththeteamthroughremotecommunicationtoolsandstayupdatedonassignedprojects.
• Coordinatewithproductionteammemberstoensurefilesarecompletedaccuratelyandonschedule.
• Identifyopportunitiestoimprovedesignprocesses,templates,andoverallworkflow.

Requirements

• Provenexperienceasa GraphicDesigner,preferablywitha signcompany,signmanufacturer,orfabricationbusiness.
• Strongproficiencyin CorelDRAW.
• Experiencecreatingproductionfilesfor channelletters,reversechannelletters,monuments,pylons,FCOletters,andothersignage.
• Strongunderstandingofdimensions,layouts,scaling,vectorartwork,andproduction
  specifications.
• Excellentattentiontodetailandaccuracy.
• Abilitytowork independentlyinaremoteenvironmentandmanageassignedwork
  withminimalsupervision.
• Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.
• Comfortableusingonlinecollaboration,file-sharing,projectmanagement,and
  communicationsoftware.
• Reliableinternetconnectionandasuitableremoteworkingsetup.
• Abilitytoconsistentlymeetdeadlinesandrespondtoteamcommunicationsduring
  agreedworkinghours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previousexperienceworkingremotelywitha U.S.-basedsigncompanyorfabricationbusiness.
• Experiencecreatingreusabletemplatesandstandardizedproductionfiles.
• Understandingofrouting,cutting,printing,andothersign-productionrequirements.
• Experienceworkingwithremoteteamsandcloud-basedfilemanagementsystems.
