Qualifications

• 4–6 years of telecom domain experience.
• BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on exposure to Ericsson NFVI products (SDI, SDN, CEE, ECCD).
• Proven CNF onboarding, deployment, integration, and upgrade experience.
• Expertise with hybrid cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
• Automation and scripting proficiency.
• Consultative and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, integrate, and upgrade CNFs end-to-end in Cloud NFVI environments.
• Scope and define solution offerings for Kubernetes-based platforms (ECCD, CEE, AWS, K3S).
• Analyze customer business requirements for CNF-based solutions.
• Work with Azure/AWS hybrid infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, containers, and security management.
• Develop and execute test cases for CNF onboarding, deployment, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Handle and resolve C-NeLS licensing tickets and CSRs with timely resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve C-NeLS licensing challenges, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Validate deployment scripts and configurations for accuracy.
• Manage OS, hardware, software, licenses, and configuration data.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Execute integration and migration tasks according to process frameworks.
