Job summary

Lenskart in Nagpur is seeking a store associate to manage customer experiences and inventory in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will greet customers, assist them through the shopping journey, explain product features, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining stock accuracy and hygiene per store SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Daily quick count of all PIDs in store
• Receive bulk shipments, count and mark in system
• Daily replenishment to fill display gaps
• Check bad inventory/damaged products and place in designated area
• Handover/receive products from VRX via HOP app daily
• Highlight inventory mismatches to Store Manager
• Follow VM guidelines and maintain store cleanliness

• Receive feedback from the customer on services & product

Inventory Management

• Daily quick count of all the PIDs available in the store
• Receive bulk shipment , physical count & mark receive in the system on daily basis
• Daily replenishment to fill the display gap
• Check the bad inventory /damage product & keep it on designated place
• Ensure daily handover & receiving product from VRX through HOP app
• Highlight inventory mismatch /discrepancy to the Store Manager

Operational Process

• Following the VM guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the store
• Update all the SOPs file on daily basis
• Reconcile daily cash & card sale
