Profile Summary

A dynamic and result-oriented professional responsible for managing the overall operations of Chimera Homes, Raipur. The Store Manager ensures smooth daily functioning, exceptional customer service, and achievement of sales and profitability targets. With a deep understanding of the lighting and home décor segment, the manager drives both retail and project sales by maintaining strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and walk-in customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including sales, billing, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Ensure premium customer experience through effective store presentation and personalized service.
  • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project clients for lighting requirements and BOQ preparation.
  • Maintain strong vendor and logistics coordination for timely delivery and installation.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and update management with key performance metrics.
  • Ensure store discipline, cleanliness, and brand-standard display of products.
  • Train and motivate showroom staff to improve product knowledge and closing skills.
  • Handle customer complaints and after‑sales service with professionalism and accountability.
  • Collaborate with the Bhubaneswar Office for procurement, marketing campaigns, and new product launches.
