Showroom Executive

Job Location: Bangalore (Jayanagar)
Job Location: Mysore (Chamarajpuram)

Job Timing: 9.30 AM to 7.30 PM.

Sunday Weekly Off.

Responsibilities

• Attend visiting customers, engineers, architects, builders, dealers at showroom.
• Basic computer knowledge: mail/excel/word operations.
• No field work; only inside showroom work.
• Client payment confirmation and bank receipts entry on daily basis.
• Proforma invoice, quotation, sales order preparation and billing work.
• Tiles sample booking with the help of porter.
• Submit tiles sample to client office with the help of office boy.
• Bank works: cheque/cash deposits with the help of office boy.
• Reporting and coordinate with showroom manager regularly.

Qualifications

• Any graduate.
• Male candidate only.
• Number of vacancies: 2.
