Job summary

Codiant is seeking a Shopify Developer to join our team in Indore. The role focuses on building and customizing Shopify themes, leveraging Liquid templating, and integrating various Shopify JS APIs to deliver robust storefront experiences.

Ideal candidates have strong HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/jQuery skills, a track record of handling multiple Shopify projects, and excellent communication to collaborate with designers and product teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify platform, theme development and Liquid templates.
• Proficient in Shopify JS APIs (storefront, AJAX Cart, Sections, etc).
• Strong HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/jQuery skills and cross-browser testing.
• Familiar with responsive design and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
• Ability to manage multiple Shopify projects and communicate effectively.

• Expertise in Shopify theme development and customization

• Previous work experience of working on multiple Shopify projects from mid to high level
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in working with different Shopify JS APIs (storefront, AJAX Cart, Sections, etc)
• An expertise in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript/ECMA Script 5/6 & jQuery.
• Thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
• Strong understanding of responsive web design techniques
• An understanding of W3C web standards/semantics and accessibility guidelines
• Know-how of debugging and testing software for cross-browser compatibility
• Good in themes installation , theme customization, integration of plugins and installation of plugins
