Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Shift Engineer for our Gurugram on-site team. The role involves coordinating daily maintenance, managing reactive requests, and ensuring all systems meet safety and quality standards.

You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety operations, work with service providers, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules while supporting energy efficiency initiatives and cost controls. This is an on-site full-time position in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating and maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems.
• Knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate service providers and monitor vendor work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and manage reactive work orders.
