Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Building & Engineering Supervisor to oversee property maintenance and lead the maintenance team. You will drive guest comfort, manage budgets and coordinate with stakeholders to meet hotel targets.

The role fits a hands-on leader who champions preventative maintenance and continuous improvement across the property. Ideal candidates bring proven maintenance experience, strong leadership and a passion for exceptional hospitality.

• Supports the smooth running of the property maintenance department, where all areas are maintained to the highest levels
• Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
• Delivers on plans and objectives where property maintenance initiatives & hotel targets are achieved - Manages the maintenance team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department
• Responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
• Delivers an effective planned preventative maintenance programme addressing maintenance, environmental and conservation matters
