Job summary

You will perform routine and non-routine analyses, prepare solutions, monitor QC, and maintain calibration of lab instruments including spectrometers and pH meters.

Your role includes managing test reports, integrating data into LIMS, and communicating results to the appropriate departments while responding to equipment issues and safety incidents.

Qualifications

• GLP/GDP/ISO standards compliance awareness.
• Familiarity with SOPs/STPs in laboratory settings.
• Experience in data integration into Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Ability to perform routine and non-routine testing and calibrations.
• Effective communication of analytical results to related departments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, intermediates and finished products using standard methods.
• Prepare volumetric solutions and bench reagents.
• Quality Control (QC) Monitoring.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and calibrate lab equipment daily/monthly.
• Ensure products meet specifications during the shift.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab instruments (e.g., spectrometers, analytical balance, pH meters).
• Manage test reports and integrate data into LIMS.
• Communicate analytical results to the concerned department.
• Respond to equipment failures, abnormal results, or safety incidents.
