Job summary

Ciel HR in India seeks a SharePoint Developer to lead design, development, and deployment of SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx. You will develop custom web parts and extensions and integrate with Microsoft 365 services.

You will mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, ensure performance and security, and stay updated with SPFx features while contributing to architecture discussions and roadmaps.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx.
• Develop custom web parts, extensions, and reusable SPFx components.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Integrate SharePoint Online solutions with Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Manage end-to-end delivery, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on SharePoint development best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint issues, bugs, and performance problems.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology roadmaps.
