Job summary

Synechron in Bengaluru, India is seeking a senior SharePoint developer to design and implement enterprise SharePoint solutions. You will contribute to REST API integrations, CSOM/JSOM work, and admin/configuration tasks within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SharePoint development experience, strong C#, SQL, and scripting skills, and a background in Banking/Fintech domains. A certified background and familiarity with Agile practices are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of development and design experience in SharePoint.
• SharePoint certification is preferred.
• Experience with C#, SQL, CSOM, JSOM.
• Experience with REST APIs and PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of IIS, hosting, and web application pools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and secure coding practices.
• Experience in Banking/Fintech domain is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-team collaboration skills.

Job description

• Minimum 5 years of development and design experience in SharePoint
• Preferably certified SharePoint Developer
• Should have good experience in SharePoint Development
• Experience on REST APIs Technical Skills
• Should have development and design experience in C#, SQL, CSOM, JSOM
• Good knowledge on SharePoint Administration/Configuration of Services
• Should have knowledge in PowerShell Scripts
• Should have good skills in IIS, Hosting, Web Application Pool, Account Permissions
• Good to have JavaScript/typescript, React, Node.js Functional Skills
• Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred
• Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization
• Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies Soft Skills
• Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness, by sharing deep knowledge and experience
