Job summary

Mindpool Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, deploy, and optimize SharePoint Online solutions. You will configure modern site collections, manage access controls, and ensure clean navigation across teams and communications sites.

The ideal candidate has deep SharePoint architecture knowledge, experience with migration tools, and the ability to minimize disruption during large-scale transitions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with SharePoint Online architecture and modernization.
• Experience with migration tools and large-scale transitions.
• Proficient in creating automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Experience with custom lists/forms in Power Apps.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain modern SharePoint site collections, Team sites, and communication sites.
• Manage user access, site permissions, and sharing policies (internal and external).
• Design and develop SharePoint Modern/Classic pages with all OOTB Features.
• Use PowerShell scripting to automate routine tasks.
• Strong knowledge of migration tools like ShareGate.
• Act as escalation for support on sync issues, broken permissions, and document library errors.
• Create automated workflows in Power Automate and custom lists/forms in Power Apps.
• Knowledge of SharePoint groups, Entra ID (Azure AD) security groups, and cloud-based permissions modeling.
• Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting SharePoint Online and low-code tools.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented knowledge on SharePoint Online. The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise in SharePoint architecture, experience with industry-standard migration tools, and the ability to minimize business disruption during large-scale transitions.

Key responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain modern SharePoint site collections, Team sites, and communication sites, ensuring clean user navigation and page layouts.


• Manage user access, site permissions, and sharing policies (internal and external) in alignment with corporate data security standards.


• Design and develop SharePoint Modern/Classic pages with all OOTB Features.


• Use basic PowerShell scripting to automate routine


• Should have strong knowledge in migration tools like ShareGate.


• Act as the technical point of escalation for support requests regarding sync issues, broken permissions, and document library errors and remedy tickets.


• Should have strong knowledge and experience in creating automated workflows in Power Automate and custom lists/forms in Power Apps.


• Solid understanding of SharePoint groups, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) security groups, and cloud-based permissions modelling.
