Job summary

Applicantz is seeking a SharePoint Developer to design, build, and support SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions that enhance employee and customer experiences.

The role targets professionals with a solid technical foundation who can work independently, follow best practices, and deliver solutions with quality and scalability. You will collaborate with peers and internal customers while growing your expertise in a dynamic Collaboration Experience team.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to adhere to development processes, standards, and best practices.
• Practical experience with SharePoint Online (sites, lists, libraries, permissions, SharePoint Admin portal) and automation tools such as Power Automate and Azure Runbooks.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, including PNP PowerShell and SharePoint Online Management Shell.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services, integration techniques, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.
• Experience with AirTable is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in SharePoint Online Microsoft solutions.

• Build and support SPFx web parts and extensions in accordance with team coding standards.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph) as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues of moderate complexity while following company policies and technical guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions focused on usability, performance, and scalability.

In this role, you will design, build, and support SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions that improve employee and customer experiences.
