Job summary

Delphi Consulting is seeking a SharePoint Consultant with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online and SPFx development. You will design, develop, and customize SharePoint-based solutions, leveraging React, TypeScript, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph API to deliver modern intranet experiences.

You will implement SPFx web parts and extensions, configure Power Automate workflows, and integrate with external systems.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years hands-on experience in SharePoint Online and SPFx development
• Proficient with React and TypeScript

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions.
• Develop SPFx Web Parts, Extensions, Application Customizers, Field Customizers, and Command Sets.
• Work with SharePoint Online Lists, Libraries, Content Types, Site Columns, Views, Permissions, and Metadata.
• Use REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and PnP JS for integrations and custom solutions.
• Develop and configure Power Automate workflows and integrate with SharePoint solutions.
• Customize and configure SharePoint sites per business/technical requirements.
• Deploy and manage SPFx solutions via the SharePoint App Catalog.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint Online, SPFx, permissions, deployment, and configuration issues.
• Collaborate with teams and provide updates on development progress and deliverables.
• Prepare technical documents, solution designs, and deployment instructions
• Support migration, modernization, and enhancement activities as needed
• Interact with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions

We are looking for a SharePoint Consultant with 3-4 years of hands‑on experience primarily in SharePoint Online and SPFx development. The candidate should have strong development expertise in modern SharePoint solutions, good knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and configuration, and experience working with React, TypeScript, SharePoint REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph API.

The candidate will be responsible for development, customization, integrations, troubleshooting, and supporting the delivery team across SharePoint Online-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions using SharePoint Online.
• Develop SPFx Web Parts, Extensions, Application Customizers, Field Customizers, and Command Sets.
• Work extensively with SharePoint Online Lists, Libraries, Content Types, Site Columns, Views, Permissions, and Metadata.
• Work with SharePoint REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and PnP js for SharePoint integrations and custom solutions.
• Develop and configure Power Automate workflows and integrate them with SharePoint Online solutions.
• Customize and configure SharePoint Online sites based on business and technical requirements.
• Deploy and manage SPFx solutions through the SharePoint App Catalog.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint Online, SPFx, permissions, deployment, configuration, and application‑related issues.
• Work on integrations between SharePoint Online and external systems using REST APIs and Web APIs.
• Participate in technical discussions, requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Perform code reviews and follow development standards and best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, deployment instructions, and knowledge‑transfer material.
• Support SharePoint Online migration, modernization, and enhancement activities where required.
• Coordinate with the technical team and provide updates on development activities, issues, and deliverables.
• Interact with clients/business users when required to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience in SharePoint Online.
• Strong hands‑on experience in SPFx development.
• Good hands‑on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with SharePoint REST API and Microsoft Graph API.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint Online Lists, Libraries, Permissions, Content Types, Metadata, and Site Collections.
• Experience with SharePoint App Catalog and SPFx deployment.
• Good understanding of Power Automate and SharePoint integration.
• Good troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Candidate should have strong hands‑on development experience and not be limited to SharePoint administration.

Good to Have

• Experience with PnP PowerShell and PnP js.
• Experience with Power Apps.
• Experience working with Git and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of SharePoint migration and modernization activities.
• Experience working with external REST APIs and third‑party integrations.
• Exposure to SharePoint On‑Premises is an advantage but not mandatory.
• The candidate must have strong hands‑on SharePoint Online and SPFx development experience. Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to SharePoint administration, support, coordination, or project management without active development involvement will not be suitable for this position.
• The candidate should be comfortable working with React, TypeScript, SharePoint REST API, and Microsoft Graph API.
• The candidate should be flexible and willing to travel onsite whenever required by the project/client.
