Job summary

Artizent, a global IT services company, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer/Technical Lead in Gurugram to architect and deliver SharePoint solutions, lead a development team, and drive migrations from On-Premises to Online/hybrid environments.

Candidates should have 7–15 years in SharePoint development, Power Platform, and related technologies, with BE/B.Tech/MS/MCA degrees, and be comfortable with hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 7 to 15 years of experience in SharePoint development, Power Platform and architecture.
• Expertise in migration tools (SPMT, PnP PowerShell) and hybrid configurations.
• Proficiency in SPFx, React, ASP.NET, REST APIs, SQL, jQuery.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Functions, Azure AD apps, and Power Platform development (environment strategies, ALM).
• Proven team management experience: mentoring, troubleshooting team issues, reviewing work quality, and driving cost-effective delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and configure SharePoint sites, workflows, and web parts using SPFx, React JS, Power Automate.
• Lead PowerApps development to deliver scalable business solutions.
• Apply knowledge of authentication in M365 and integrated applications.
• Plan and execute SharePoint migrations (On-Premises to Online/hybrid), including content/database assessment, metadata mapping, large-scale transfers, and post-migration validation using tools such as SPMT, PnP PowerShell, ShareGate, Quest.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring security, compliance, and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead and manage a development team: assign tasks, review deliverables for quality and industry standards, resolve team challenges, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members and end-users.

You are on the lookout for a senior SharePoint specialist with the following experience and capabilities.

Experience: 7-14 Years

Education :- BE /B.tech/MS / MCA

Location: Gurugram (should be open to working in Hybrid mode)
