Job summary

Acesoft Labs Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SharePoint Site Administrator & Designer to manage modern SharePoint environments, govern sites and craft user-friendly intranets. You will implement design changes, automate routine tasks with Power Automate, and coordinate with IT stakeholders across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring deep knowledge of SharePoint architecture, governance, and the Microsoft 365 toolkit, with hands-on experience in SPFx and PnP provisioning to extend

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (Modern Experience).
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, templates and design capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite: Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, OneDrive; HTML/CSS/JSON for site customizations.
• Familiarity with governance and compliance in an enterprise SharePoint environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience designing intranet portals or knowledge management platforms; SPFx and PnP provisioning knowledge; relevant MS certifications are a plus.

Experience: 35 years 35 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (Modern Experience).

• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions model, site templates, and design capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite: Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, OneDrive. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JSON for site customizations

Familiarity with governance and compliance in an enterprise SharePoint environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience designing intranet portals or knowledge management platforms. Understanding of Microsoft SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and PnP provisioning. Microsoft 365 or SharePoint certification (e.g, MS-600, MS-900) is a plus

Experience working in a global or GCC environment is preferred.
