SFDC Senior Technology Architect / Principal Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement efforts to define, design, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Aura, Lightning Web Components, Apex, and integration patterns.
• Architect end‑to‑end Salesforce systems, share alternative solution approaches, and drive customer design review board participation.
• Mentor and manage a team of 10‑15 technical consultants, coaching best practices, knowledge sharing, and performance recognition.
• Coach change‑management initiatives, provide structured change approaches, and track adoption milestones.
• Deliver high‑quality consulting solutions, maintain strong client relationships, and adhere to Infosys guidelines and processes.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of Salesforce experience with deep expertise in Lightning Aura, Lightning Web Components, Apex, Integration, and SDLC.
• Hands‑on experience designing Salesforce architecture, defining best practices, and leading design review boards for Sales, Service, and custom clouds.
• Proven implementation in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with ability to manage and mentor a technical team.
• Certifications: Salesforce PD1, PD2, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant (additional SFDC certifications are a plus).
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and cross‑industry knowledge.
• Excellent communication, client interfacing, and change‑management facilitation skills.
