Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced Salesforce Industries specialist to join our team in Hyderabad or other Tech Mahindra locations. The role requires 5-10 years of hands-on work in EPC, CPQ or Order Management, with strong expertise in Vlocity/OmniStudio.

You will drive end-to-end solution development, configuration and support in telecom and industry cloud environments, including REST/SOAP integrations and catalog modeling for pricing and configuration.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity / OmniStudio).

Salesforce velocity with strong hands-on experience in EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog) or CPQ (Configure Price Quote), or OM (Order Management). The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end solution development, configuration, and support in telecom/industry cloud environments.

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity / OmniStudio)
Hands-on expertise in either of below skills:
- EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog)
- Vlocity/Industries CPQ
- Order Management (OM)
Strong development experience in:
- Apex, SOQL
- LWC / Aura (basic awareness or hands-on)
Working knowledge of:
- Omni Scripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors
Experience in REST/SOAP integrations
Understanding of product lifecycle, catalog modeling, pricing & configuration.
