Job summary

Purview Services in Chennai is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Lead to provide technical leadership, mentor the team, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, develop and maintain knowledge base articles, analyze feedback, participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, and drive high-quality IT services while promoting continuous learning and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT services, with a lead role.
• Strong ServiceNow expertise including incident, problem, change and release management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ITIL processes and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and mentor others.
