A leading financial services organization in Gurugram is seeking a Service Delivery Manager at the vice president level. The candidate will support service stability and focus on implementing change across the business. Responsibilities include managing project risks and ensuring the readiness of business processes. Ideal candidates will have over 12 years of service management experience and expertise in service management disciplines, along with strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll play a crucial role supporting and driving service stability for our customers
You’ll focus on the wider impacts of change on people and how they move from the current state to the new one, as well as preparing and owning all implementation plans, controls and resource plans.
Your responsibilities will also involve:
To join us in this role, you’ll need knowledge of a project life cycle coupled with experience of delivering implementation management in a technology or IT function. You'll need at least twelve years of experience in service management specialist with experience in managing critical applications and services. You’ll need expertise in at least one service management discipline, which could be incident, problem, change, transition, configuration, capacity or availability management.
>You'll also need experience in ITSM while reviewing application statistics, coordinate or drive any actions for platform stability/service management trends or actions like Incidents, PRBs or Vulnerabilities with the relevant stakeholders.You’ll also need:
