Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a senior delivery leader with around 15 years of service delivery experience in India, focusing on transformation programs and Agile delivery.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive end-to-end delivery, including P&L, utilization, and governance with customers and teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for the account with single point of contact.
• Drive delivery planning, governance, and cadence with customers and teams.
• Manage P&L, revenue, margin, and utilization for the account.
• Coordinate with sales, delivery, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Position Overview:

• Should have around 15 years of experience in Service Delivery.
• Very good communication skills.
• Should have good experience on Agile way of working and delivery should have delivered transformation programs end to end.
• DEX: should have good experience on the following;
• Connect with the customer / team to understand the business problem, experience in terms of creating technology solutions and also do a delivery planning and guide the team on peer review and should have experience in terms of managing those.
• Challenge the team and customer on either delivery execution, scope, timelines along with giving solutions that solve the problems. Should be thinking on feet kind of professional.
• Solution / Technology mind set;
• Should be coming from a technology background.
• Able to conceptualize the solution and should be able to drive customer conversation for a business problem, with a conceptual architecture, solution, delivery plan.
• Aware of the latest trends on what is happening in Digital space.
• Operational and finance management experience;
• Responsible for managing P&L for the account. Should be on top of revenue, margin, ARC, utilization along with organization parameters that are required to be owned, tracked and taken accountability for.
• Manage sales, delivery, customer, internal stakeholders, external stakeholders and should be one SPOC who is accountable for managing end to end delivery.
• Customer stakeholder management;
• Experience in terms of managing customer comms, team coms and ensure that agile way of working along with impediment management with team or customer.
• Should have a agile way of Governance experience both with teams and customer to measure the progress of delivery.
