Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in Hyderabad seeks a Service Delivery Leader for F&A R2R. The role leads cross-functional teams, ensures close schedules per US GAAP, and drives process improvements across reporting and compliance. Requires CPA/CMA or equivalent and Big 4 exposure, with IFRS/GAAP expertise.

You will mentor teams, manage earnings reporting, and partner with Tax, Accounting, and Retail units to deliver accurate financial statements and governance. Hybrid work in India, strong leadership required.

Qualifications

• CPA or CMA certification, or equivalent qualification, or semi-qualified, or a Master's in Finance.
• Experience as Area Record to Report Manager and/or in Big 4 audit firms.
• Knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP, plus local tax & legal.
• Strong numerical ability and understanding of financial statements from system-driven transactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure close schedules align with US GAAP and company norms.
• Collaborate with Accounts, Tax, and Retail Stores on transactions and analysis.
• Oversee lease payments accuracy and timeliness.
• Govern reporting and CTQ metrics; regular stakeholder communication.
• Review team outputs for correct accounting treatment and accuracy.
• Ensure SOX adherence; escalate and resolve queries promptly.
• Identify system/process improvements for better reporting models.
• Manage cross-functional team day-to-day; monitor deliverables and motivation.
• Develop the team through performance management and monthly appraisals.
