Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Service Delivery Architect for Applications, Business Processing, and Infrastructure Services to join our Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India team. You will lead end-to-end solution design, ensure delivery feasibility, and drive architecture governance across complex programs.

You will collaborate with Technical Architects and Delivery resources to meet cost targets, maintain risk control, and share best practices across the organization.

Position's General Duties and Tasks

• Work collaboratively to ensure the successful design (and delivery) of assigned projects and programs for our clients and contributing to the growth targets.

• Work closely with subject matter experts (Technical Architects, Principal Architects, Delivery resources) to ensure the end-to-end solution is deliverable and meets cost targets.

• Drive risk identification and management to ensure that the solutions designed meet the needs of the client and are deliverable by the practice.

• Oversee and guide review of solution and delivery architecture.

• Understand, document, and drive development of review and approval processes and tools

• Understand and use competitive financial and benefit analysis.

• Develop and document standards around IT services solutions.

• Serve as an expert consultant to senior leadership and primary and technical architectures

• Act as an "agent of change” and continuously foster the sharing of customer, architecture, and technical information between organizations.

• Experience in developing complex solutions to business problems or customer engagements

• Familiar with technologies and processes used to support and deliver complex multi-tower outsourcing relationships.

• Understand and interpret requirements by probing for information, facilitating consensus building, and synthesizing and translating ideas into actionable requirements.

• Familiarity with industry trends and new developments and using this knowledge in developing differentiated solutions for opportunities

• Great collaborator with strong and positive influencing/negotiating skills coupled with strategic thinking

Basic Required Qualifications

• Experience in IT outsourcing – infrastructure solutions development, modeling and costing

• An understanding of services delivery architecture or experience in leading / managing complex multi-tower outsourcing relationships

• Fluency in English is critical.

• Flexibility to work with Global teams and stakeholders

• Understanding the impact of automation and efficiencies on solutions.

• Subject matter expert in at least one service area or technology and proficient in multiple service areas and technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of assessing operational risk on profitability and impacts to service delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT Services Delivery – managing multiple delivery teams and / or P&L

• Relevant Experience and/or Industry Certification (ITIL, DevSecOps, TOGAF, Agile, or Industry cloud certifications) in Service Management and/or Application Development

• Experience in Web-based applications development and deployment

• Experience with Microsoft Office / O365 including Macro Design and Programming

• Experience in VB and/or other development languages suitable for Office and Web-based applications development and deployment

• Experience in Infrastructure architecting and implementing solutions, while providing ongoing solutions support
