Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Event Projects for Enterprise clients with formal project management discipline.
  • Coordinate between client, Project Manager, and cross-functional teams (Sales, Creative, Technology) to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Track project time and status in Salesforce, ensuring transparency of delivery health.
  • Improve delivery processes and standards, treating engagements as professional services projects with clear deliverables.

We have a rewarding and lucrative SDA position in the PSG-Events team for graduates with minimum 1 year of experience working on the Events tool in Client Services. SDAs will be dedicatedly working with Cvent’s Enterprise clients and shall be responsible for implementing their event requirements in Cvent software and provide support for the entire event life cycle. In addition, they will be required to prospect, gain proficiency in the Events Solution, drive Platform adoption and upsell their accounts. This job involves the person to learn all the features of the Events tool including OnArrival to support the onsite setup.

In This Role, You Will:
  1. Independently own and manage Event Projects for dedicated Enterprise clients, applying formal project management discipline — scope definition, timeline/milestone planning, risk identification and mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
  2. Act as the primary point of coordination between the client, the Project Manager, and cross functional teams (Sales, Creative, Technology), ensuring on-time, on-scope, on-quality delivery.
  3. Track project time and status rigorously in the Salesforce repository system, maintaining transparency on delivery health and utilization.
  4. Follow and continuously improve delivery process and quality standards, treating each engagement like a professional services project with defined deliverables and success criteria.
Client Advisory & Analytical Consulting
  • Translate client requirements into configured solutions in the Cvent platform, proactively recommending best practices and ideal solutions rather than simply executing instructions.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards based on client requirements, using data analysis to identify trends, flag risks, and inform recommendations that drive platform adoption and upsell opportunities.
  • Apply analytical thinking to diagnose issues, evaluate trade-offs, and present data-backed solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional, consultative service that builds trust, drives renewals, and positions Cvent as a strategic partner rather than a vendor.
Here's What You Need:
Project Management & Delivery Experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience; prior exposure to project management fundamentals - scope, risk, and time management is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, responsibilities, and competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Prior experience working directly with clients in a 1:1 or account-management capacity.
Analytical & Technical Aptitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret client requirements, data, and reporting needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Aptitude for learning and applying new technologies, plus the ability to apply industry-specific business knowledge to client scenarios.
AI Fluency
  • Proficient in leveraging common AI tools to support and accelerate client product adoption and personal productivity.
  • Prior exposure to AI-based tools or platforms (e.g., AI chat/email assistants, automated task managers, or smart analytics tools) used to support operational efficiency.
  • Good to have: foundational understanding or certifications in AI concepts (e.g., Coursera, Google AI Essentials, or LinkedIn Learning courses) to support adoption of emerging technologies in daily project work.
Communication & Client Servicing
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), with the ability to present recommendations clearly and confidently to enterprise clients.
  • Exceptional client servicing skills with the professionalism and consultative approach expected in a Professional Services organization.
