GIPS Consultancy is seeking a Branch Operations professional to support service delivery for leading banking clients in Pune. You will manage branch operations, strengthen relationships with existing customers, and generate leads for liabilities, assets and investment products while providing product information.
The role also involves cross-selling fee-based services and contributing to continuous service improvement within a BFSI client environment.
