Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Marketing Expert — Organic Growth (AI Agent Environments) for remote, contract work. You will design task briefs, specify documents and dashboards, and review reference answers to guide AI agents.

You will evaluate agent attempts against standards, diagnose data issues, and coordinate multi-step workflows across tools. Strong experience in organic growth or SEO and fluency with GA4, GSC, Semrush/Ahrefs and Contentful are required.

Qualifications

Compensation: $60–$100/hour

• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
