ASB Academy is a fast-growing EdTech organization focused on skill development, training, and placements. You are seeking a performance-driven SEO / SEM Specialist who understands modern search behavior, AI-powered discovery, and conversion-focused marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • SEO & AEO (Organic Growth)
    • Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
    • Optimize content for featured snippets, voice search, and AI-generated results
    • Perform intent-based keyword research aligned with conversions
    • Improve website architecture, internal linking, and page speed
    • Monitor rankings, organic traffic, CTR, and engagement metrics
  • SEM / PPC (Performance Marketing)
    • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube) campaigns
    • Manage campaigns with a focus on ROI, CPL, and lead quality
    • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and CTAs
    • Optimize bids, budgets, and quality scores for maximum performance
  • GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
    • Optimize content for AI-powered search engines and generative results
    • Structure content for better visibility in AI-generated answers
    • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to align with AI-driven SEO trends
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Google Ads
    • Prepare data-driven reports with actionable insights
    • Continuously refine strategies based on performance and market trends
Qualification Required
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, and PPC
  • Strong understanding of AEO & GEO concepts
  • Proven track record in Google Ads & paid campaign management
