The appointment letter is issued after joining usually within 15days you will asked to sign the 2 years agreement contract , and the company founder keep orginal documents and HR will keep soft copy Salary will credited on the 10th of every month instead of the 1st 6 days working for Jr Executive ,,, 5 days working and alternative saturday for seniors level Non Veg not allowed to eat inside the office , also you cannot heat non veg lunch in the microwave / owan and have to eat it outside , there is no proper lunch area , so many employees eat on the building staircase , where the crows will irritate you for Daily workflow, you have use your own personal gmail account and personal whatsapp number No structure training is provided , Task are assigned from the first day with the expectation that will be completed immediately , also they will not show you the process or how they are working of workflow Employeees who live near the office can work here , this office is not for people who stay far Bike parking is available within the premises, so employees have to pay from own pocket and park The founder expectation feels unrealistic, and want to see results in 2-3 days the job decription its wriiten collabrate with content writer , in real you have make content by AI like chatgpt, through your own personal account The morning tea you will provide but u have pay at own pocket Dont waste your time and energy , u cannot learn anything Favouritism Feels like if we giving your high salary , high level position accept results in 2 days No Seprate washroom , girls and boys have use only one washroom Office cleaning happens only once a day Remove your shoes and chappal outside the office
