Job summary

MotionGility is seeking an SEO Intern for our Indore onsite team. You will dive into growth-hacking, keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, and link-building efforts under mentorship from seasoned SEO professionals.

You’ll collaborate with marketing and content teams to implement high-impact strategies, monitor performance, and learn to scale organic visibility across campaigns. This internship leads to a full-time role after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• On-Page SEO: keyword research, map keywords, optimize meta tags, headers, URLs, internal linking, content gaps.
• Technical SEO: site audits, speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile, indexing; coordinate with dev/content teams.
• SEO Growth Hacking: test emerging tactics, analyze competitors, identify quick-win keywords.
• Targeted Link Building: research high-authority backlinks and outreach opportunities.

About the Role

We’re looking for an SEO Intern who is eager to go beyond traditional checklists and dive deep into SEO growth hacking. If you love experimenting, analyzing competitors, and finding unconventional ways to drive organic growth — this role is for you.

You’ll work closely with the marketing and content team to implement high-impact SEO strategies, optimize technical foundations, and build high-quality backlinks based on targeted competitor insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Page SEO

• Conduct keyword research and map keywords to relevant site pages.
• Optimize meta tags, headers, URL structure, and content for SEO.
• Improve internal linking for better crawlability and user experience.
• Perform regular content gap and SERP analysis for new opportunities.

2. Technical SEO

• Conduct website audits to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Optimize site speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and indexing.
• Work with the dev/content team to implement technical fixes.
• Monitor performance using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.

3. SEO Growth Hacking

• Experiment with emerging SEO tactics and unconventional strategies.
• Analyze competitors to reverse-engineer ranking patterns and content strategies.
• Identify low-hanging keywords and quick-win ranking opportunities.
• Contribute to innovative campaigns that boost organic visibility.

4. Targeted Link Building

• Research and build high-authority, niche-relevant backlinks.
• Execute competitor backlink analysis and replicate effective link sources.
• Explore guest posts, resource pages, digital PR, and outreach opportunities.
