Job summary

Luxoft in Mumbai is seeking a senior architect to lead the end-to-end migration from Gresham to Xceptor. You will define the overall architecture, design scalable data ingestion, transformation, and reconciliation workflows, and establish reusable frameworks within Xceptor.

You will mentor the implementation team, review designs, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards while collaborating with business users and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT architecture and delivery across large programs.
• Experience migrating from Gresham to Xceptor.
• Strong knowledge of data ingestion, transformation and reconciliation workflows.
• Capital markets domain knowledge including OTC derivatives.
• Proven leadership in large-scale migration or transformation programs.

This programme is aimed at delivering functional capabilities, enhancements, and technical infrastructure upgrades to enable continued business growth and enhanced profitability for the firm. Client is looking to replace existing reconciliation system Gresham with Exceptor which will be enterprise-wide recon platform across FO, MO and BO.

Responsibilities

• Architecture Solution Design
• Define the end-to-end architecture for migration from Gresham to Xceptor
• Design scalable, robust, and efficient data ingestion, transformation, and reconciliation workflows
• Establish best practices, design standards, and reusable frameworks within Xceptor
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and integration standards
• Migration Strategy Oversight
• Define the migration approach, roadmap, and sequencing of workflows
• Oversee translation of reconciliation logic, matching rules, and exception handling from Gresham to Xceptor
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies for migration
• Technical Leadership Guidance
• Provide hands-on guidance to the implementation team (developers, BAs, testers)
• Review designs, configurations, and code developed in Xceptor
• Ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical challenges

• Work closely with business users, SMEs, and IT teams to validate solution design

Skills Must have

• Deep expertise in Xceptor platform architecture, configuration, and development with overall experience 15+ years
• Experience designing data pipelines, transformation workflows, and automation solutions
• Knowledge of data formats (CSV, XML, JSON) and system integrations (APIs, messaging)
• Prior experience any reconciliation platforms like SmartStream TLM, Intellimatch, Gresham, Duco, Recon Frontier, Blackline
