EY in Chennai is seeking a Senior Consultant in National-PAS WKFA-CNS - PC - WORKFORCE ADVISORY. You will work across client departments to align people strategies with business goals and deliver workforce transformation initiatives.

The role focuses on organizational design, talent policy, change experience, and HR service delivery within a dynamic, global advisory practice. 5–8 years of relevant experience required. Position located in Chennai.
